Things I've learned about Juicing so far (Day 1)

I watched the movie "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" a few days ago and I was intrigued.  The guy in the movie is, as the title says, fat and sick.  He sets out on a mission to spend 60 days drinking only vegetable and fruit juice while educating america on health.
Other than him nearly yelling at every overweight person he ran into, he had a really good message.  We eat crap all day everyday and we don't even think about it.  He makes the point that we spend a lot of time and money on fixing our cars and homes but shove $1 grease burger ball rings down out throat.
So I started juicing and here are the things I have learned:

  1. Fruits taste so much better than vegetables when juiced.
  2. If you don't like pulp, buy a strainer or a very good juicer.
  3. The juicer will get covered in pulp and I mean COVERED.
  4. It probably wont taste that good to you at first but neither did coffee or alcohol.
I will post more post like this as I learn more about juicing.
