First Meal Post

Before
 This was my dinner before I prepared it:

  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Handful of Parsley
  • Handful of Kale
  • 1 Beet
  • 2 Tomatoes (plum)
  • 6 Radishes
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 3 Carrots

After

This is my meal after I was done.  It is a juice.  I know what you must be thinking now, that this is the worst thing I could have ever done to those veggies.  But how else would I have eaten all those for lunch and dinner if I didn't juice them.
I am drinking what you see while I right this post.  This is a take on a V8 that you can buy at the store.  It tastes like spicy grass but is better than others I have tried.  It made about 28oz before I strained the pulp out.  Don't knock it until you've tried it.
